How to be fit and healthy

Everyone wants to look good and dashing.

For that you have to be Healthy from inside. Healthy inside means healthy from your mind .

Our thoughts depend how we think and what we think. So if you want to be healthy then first start thinking positive. Stop taking tension. Live the way you want.

Secondly try to avoid junk foods. If you want to eat that have it once a week. Drink liquid drinks. Liquid drinks doesn’t means alcohol. It means juice mocktail and water.

Atleast do 30 mint workout everyday. It includes walking exercise and yoga

Have healthy food which includes law carbohydrates rich protein,fibers salads, low amount of fats.

Watch comady shots. It will help to relax your mind.

Do meditation for the peace of mind.
